The ordinary test sieve consists of two parts: the test sieve frame and the test sieve host, while the micro powder ultrasonic inspection sieve has an additional ultrasonic system based on these two parts. It consists of three parts: the screening frame, the host, and the ultrasonic system.
Working principle
The ultrasonic system is connected to the screen frame through an external ultrasonic transducer, and the high-frequency electrical oscillation generated by the ultrasonic vibration power supply is uniformly transmitted to the screen surface by the oscillator. The material on the sieve undergoes low-frequency three-dimensional vibration combined with ultrasonic vibration, which can prevent mesh blockage and improve screening yield and quality.
Steps for using ultrasonic test screen

1. Adjust the screening time according to the screening needs. There is a time relay on the main panel that can be precise to seconds, and the timing can be adjusted within 0-99 minutes and 59 seconds.
2. The principle of screening frames from top to bottom, from coarse to fine, is to prevent screening frames. A maximum of 8 screening frames can be placed, and the materials that need to be screened are placed on the top layer.
3. Place the sieve frame onto the host and tighten the nuts on the top and sides. The specific method is to first loosen the vibrating screen machine and the four locking nuts on both sides, so that the two columns on both sides can fall freely onto the standard test screen that has been placed. Then tighten the locking nuts on both sides, and finally tighten the two nuts on the top of the screen machine. Note that the nuts on the top and both sides must be tightened.
4. After placing the screening frame, you can start using it. Press the green button on the host and turn on the ultrasonic system to set the screening time, which can automatically control the screening of materials. If there is a pause in the middle, you can also press the red button to end the screening with one click.
